Myriad Saga - Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Myriad Saga account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App (Recommended)

Open the Myriad Saga app.
Tap the menu icon (top-right).
Select "アカウント削除" (Delete Account).
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address or authentication method associated with your account so we can identify it.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

Account information: Firebase Authentication credentials (email, Google, Apple, or anonymous identifier).
Game data: Characters, cards, equipment, parties, decks, adventure progress, and save data.
Mementos: All collected mementos and associated bonuses.
Purchase records: In-app gem balance and transaction history stored on our servers.
User-generated content: Custom worlds, quests, and any AI-generated content tied to your account.

Note: Subscription management (cancellation/refund) is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Please cancel any subscriptions through your device's subscription settings before requesting deletion.

Data Retention After Deletion

Account and game data are deleted within 30 days of the request.
Anonymized analytics data (Firebase Analytics) may be retained as it cannot be linked back to individual users.
Crash reports associated with your device may persist for up to 90 days in Firebase Crashlytics logs.
