This privacy policy applies to the Myriad Saga application (hereinafter "the App") for iOS and Android, developed by ODiN Soft (hereinafter "the Service Provider"). The App is provided as a Freemium service "AS IS".

1. Information We Collect

User-Provided Information

• Account information: Email address (email sign-up), Google account information (Google Sign-In), Apple ID information (Sign In with Apple), or anonymous identifier (anonymous authentication).
• User-generated content: Character names, custom prompts, world settings, and other in-game content you create.
• Purchase information: Transaction records for in-app purchases and subscriptions (processed by Apple/Google; we do not store payment card details).

Automatically Collected Information

• Device information: Device model, OS version, unique device identifiers.
• Usage analytics: App usage patterns, feature interactions, session duration (via Firebase Analytics).
• Crash reports: Crash logs, stack traces, and device state at time of crash (via Firebase Crashlytics).
• Advertising data: Advertising identifier for personalized ads (via Google AdMob).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the App's game features and services.
• To generate AI-powered game content (events, characters, scenarios, images) using third-party AI services.
• To display advertisements and process in-app purchases.
• To analyze usage patterns and fix bugs.
• To communicate important updates when necessary.

3. AI Services and Data Processing

The App uses external AI services to generate game content. When you play, the following data may be sent to these services:

• xAI (Grok API): Game context, prompts, and user input for text generation (events, scenarios, characters). Processed under xAI's Privacy Policy.
• Google (Gemini API): Text data for embedding generation (BGM matching). Processed under Google's Gemini API Terms.
• fal.ai: Text prompts for image generation (characters, backgrounds, items). Processed under fal.ai's Privacy Policy.

These services process data solely to generate AI responses and game assets. Your personal information (name, email) is not sent to these AI services.

4. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob
• Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Authentication, Firestore, Storage)
• RevenueCat (in-app purchase management)

5. Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your advertising identifier and device information to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.

6. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases (gem packages) and subscriptions (Adventurer Pass). All payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your payment card information. Purchase records are managed through RevenueCat for cross-platform synchronization.

7. Data Retention

User-provided data is retained for as long as you use the App and for a reasonable period thereafter. Automatically collected data (analytics, crash reports) is retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email address below.

8. Children's Privacy

The App does not target or knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored in secured cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud / Firebase). However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Your Rights

• Opt-out: You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the App.
• Ad personalization: You can disable personalized ads in your device settings.
• Data deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
• Account deletion: Available in-app via Settings.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
